About to order one off ebay but still confused as to which one is the correct one for me. If someone could look at ebay and post the link to the right one I'd really appreciate it.
Also is there a internet page that shows how to monitor my sparge properly?

You can buy different brands and some of the site sponsors sell them.

As for your sparge, monitor your runoff until around 1.008 - 1.010. Brewing software such as ProMash will give you a reading in Brix for this level.
