woot

chucked this baby in the fermenter and shes been bubbling away nicely all night..

i did a 30 minute boil with 1.5kg Amber LME, 1kg Dextrose and 100g of Saaz Pellets

50 saaz at start
then LME and Dex
20 to go 25g Saaz
10 to go 15g Saaz
flameout 10g Saaz

cooled in ice water

then into fermenter and top up with cold water

i think i got a little bit too eager cos i put the yeast in too soon.. when it was warm still... Safale s04

but now its bubbling away nicely and has developed a nice Krausen.. it looks very dark

Hey Snail

Looks pretty tasty!

Was there a kit in that mix as well? If not, how big was your batch size? And what yeast did you use?

Too late now, just get it down to 19 or 20 ASAP.
