Brewbrite in the boil, cold crash and gelatine after fermentation. I used to filter, but since starting to use the gelatine I find that I can get crystal clear beers without.

Gelatine before cold crash? I've not heard of that! I might google it now

That's the best time to add it. but like others here I fell out of using the last finings at all. Mainly because I cringe on opening the vessel and exposing the beer and then mixing something into it etc. I keg, so carefully add finings then, or not. Usually now just a carefully handled Hop Sock.
Cold crash while carbonating reduces the grain to brain time. The best clearing agent without additives. ;)
With kegging its easy to purge the headspace with sterile c02 to protect the beer while exposed for racking or adding extras etc.
Enjoy the All grain its awwwesom. :chug:
