Good Day
Noticed yesterday that ESB had a special series WLP036 alt yeast that brews at 10-12oC (under "Whats New"). I am going to try it. Hope that helps.

It's listed as an "Alt" yeast. Thought that was a typo until I checked on the Whitelabs site and also "Alt". So what's an "Alt" yeast??

It's a yeast strain derived from, or suited to, German alt beers. Ales from the Dusseldorf region of Gemany.
