hey fellas, i put on a batch of "Australian Coopers Lager" on sunday and over the last few days i have noticed that the air lock has been bubbling as normal, i came home from work yesterday and checked it and the air lock was almost empty and it seemed like there was beer on the top on my barrel lid which had bubbled out of the fememter or may have exploded out?? im not sure wat could have happened? any ideas??

Healthier than usual ferment or fuller than usual fermenter. Clean it, replace it, don't worry about it.
sweet, yeh i did put extra water in this batch, this batch was surposto be for 23 ltrs and i put 25 ltrs in it, it is a 30 ltr barrel tho..
