Hey guys

Rogers is on of my favourite beers, end of story!

Anyway, ever since I started this journey of home brewing (its been a short one, mind you), I have been keen to make a version for myself.

Now i have access to a bit of inside info about what is in the brew, but not about quantities. I have had a crack at plugging the ingredients into BeerSmith and have exported the results for discussion here.

Any advice you can give me will be appreciated

Cheers
Chris

Oops just realised I hadn't added a yeast to the recipe.

Rogers is a hybrid American Amber/ESB so which yeast would be best?

Wan't?

Want to not? :p

P.S - Your recipe looks tasty. Not sure if it'll make a Rogers clone, but it still looks the trick.

I'd advocate using S04 for this brew, if you go with dry yeast.
