Adding Dry Enzyme

Hi all first time i have used this. Just wondering, i am making a tooheys extra dry, but did not add the dry enzyme at the start, my brew has been bubbling for a day can i add it now.

the enzyme acts as a catalyst , ie assists the yeast to ferment the brew lower than normal

If your brew was to finish at 1006 the enzyme brings it down closer to 1000

I think I would open the fermenter and sprinkle the enzyme evenly over the brew and hope for the best
 
i have used teh dry enzyme for a blonde beer, i think you would be fine to add it now still
 
I don't think adding it a day late is going to be that big of a deal. Maybe mix it in with a cup of water as well. Making sure not to splash and aerate the beer ofcourse ....
