Hey guys,

I just moved to Perth and would like start whole grain brewing again.

I have found a fair few things but I'm still looking for a 80l+ cooking pot.

In Brisbane there is a asian general store on montague rd. where you could buy these reasonably cheap.

does any one know a simular option in Perth?

cheers

G'day, Sander.
I bought my 36 litre from Kongs which is an Asian food shop in Victoria Park about 2 years ago. It cost me $40 and has seen many brews. They had another one there at the time for $65 which looked to be about 70 + litres.

It is cheap, thin SS and the bottom is not sandwich based but as I said I have brewed many batches and it's going strong.
Give them a call on 9362 2817 MAP

Cheers and welcome aboard, mate.

There's a few asian stores in northbridge. Tran's Emporium on newcastle street would be a start.

Thanks very much guys!

I ended up ordering from national food service cause they are the cheapest and deliver at home.

If any one has any spare eskys (also 80l plus)let me know, that's the only thing I'm lacking and i'm keen to get started again!

Cheers!
