Hi guys.

Haven't posted for ages. After my first brew using the Coopers home brew kit, bottled after FG was reached and on SEPT 19 I started another brew in primary.
In the following days after this I was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer and guess what- NO BEER for 2 months. Well anyway, mates of mine managed to polish of the CERVEZA that I'd already bottled, left a 6 pack aside still sitting in my cupboard.

The question: since SEP 19, the primary has been sitting in my cupboard. It produced a really good crust on top of the brew after a few days at around 20C, and its been sitting in a dark cupboard since. OG was 1048, have yet to take any more readings. Will there be any implications if I bottled now? Do I have to do anything different because its been sitting there for so long? Hints and tips welcomed. Cheers :D

There isn't anything special you can to do to reverse autolysis (yeast eating themselves) if it has already happened. All you can do is bottle asap and hope nothing bad has happened.

You might want to check the SG and make sure it isn't anything ridiculous first and also taste the sample to make sure its worth spending the time bottling your brew. If it has gone bad, it will be obvious when you taste it.

Otherwise, it will probably be fine if your sanitation is up to scratch - a mate of mine left a brew in primary for 6 months and its is one of his nicer beers!

Same here one of my mates had his in primary for around 5 months its the nicest beer he has ever brewed. It was a Coopers Canadian Blonde which I normally hate. Just taste and sniff it you will know if it's bad.
