4x 23l kegs on tap (approx 70litres)
400+ longnecks (approx 300litres)
45l in 2 fermenters

total approx 400 litres

could have saved a lot of work if I'd started kegging a couple of years ago, now I just have to find a home for some of the bottles I won't need any more, although some of the bottles should have aged nicely by the time I get to them!

Well I have 3 full kegs
12 Grolsh bottles
6 Pet bottles

No were near what I would like. However due to being away from home with work I can't touch it. :( Oh well it might last a couple of weeks when I get home. I must remember to start brewing straight away upon return.

Good Day
200+ L in bottles and approx 130 L in fermenters.

40 longnecks & 20 stubbies ready to drink - over 3 months old.

60 Longnecks conditioning.

And 20 litres in the fermentor. - primary
And 21 litres in another fermentor but thats for the XMAS in july case thats in secondary to be bottled tonight or in the morning.

Depressing considering this time last year I had about 250 longnecks good to go.

2 x 22L Kegs
1 Secondary Fermenter
About 50 or so long necks.

(still not enough)

About 120 longnecks aged between 2 years (for the Belgians) and 2 months (for the Wheaties).

I've only done one brew in the last 3 months due to working away from home and I'm about to leave for the UK for 5 weeks but I have a bunch of kegs'n'stuff winging their way here by African Swallow so there will be a lot more brewing going on in a couple of months.

Ussually when this thread comes up every year I just post 'Enough', sadly this year I'am a bit behind and its 'not enough'. :beerbang:

Way beyond empty.

about 200 stubbies at different stages of aging and a couple of fermenters on the go!

All you guys aging you beer. What styles are they? The ale currently on tap at home is about 16 days old and I reckon it's perfect right now.

I am a kit and bits guy, I like to give mine atleast 6 weeks in the bottle and more often then most 3 months.

You name it I do it.

Except stouts and porters.

I ran a bit low recently so I start opening at a week... But mine are best from about 14 days onwards

When I bottle my current brew tonight I will have 150 longnecks in stock.

I keep 5 or 6 longnecks of 3 different brews in a bar fridge ready for drinking. The bulk stock stored in an old running fridge cycled on and off evry 6 hours with a power point timer so it stays at around 15 deg C.

Agree Postmodern....I cracked a 5 day only APA last night (I usually wait about 10 days)....tasted bloody bewdiful, green as, carbonation was spot on so I hooked in. Some are better drank young!
Cheers
Steve

By Sunday I'll have 98 litres in primary...better start cleaning kegs! :chug:

PZ.

23L lagering, 23L in a new ale batch, and about 55 full longnecks = 87.25L

And i didn't think i actually had that much!

Hi, i have 5 fermenters which hold 115 litres each and 1 that holds 92 litres.(Total 667 litres)
I've fallen behind a bit and only 3 are full at the moment.
Once i get my bar finished and my 6 tap font up and running all 6 will be stocked.
So. 345 liters at present. :)

i have about 1/4 of a keg left...
need to stock up again ready for the world cup

2 kegs on tap; I think they have about 15/14L.
2 kegs waiting.
2 batches in bottles; one in the fridge, one not.

I'm not sure how many litres that is
