Hi, i have 5 fermenters which hold 115 litres each and 1 that holds 92 litres.(Total 667 litres)
I've fallen behind a bit and only 3 are full at the moment.
Once i get my bar finished and my 6 tap font up and running all 6 will be stocked.
So. 345 liters at present. :)

Wow  any photos?

here is a pic of my 92 litre and a pic of my clearing cube rack. I used to add finnings and leave the beer in the cubes for a minimum of 2 weeks. but with the 5 new 115litre fermenters i leave it for 3 months and get crystal clear beer. Plus i found i was getting a distinct flavor change from the cubes.(probably the additon of air during filing of the cubes.) The new fermenters are great and when pouring straight to the 18 litre kegs i feed the top of the fermenter with CO2 to stop any nasties geting in.
Unfortunatly i havent got any pics of the big fermenters but Next time my mate brings his digital camera i will take a few pics.

I have 'cube envy' I only have 3 :( oh no my ePenis is growing :p start lurking :D

I have about 15 litres, with all fermentors empty, it's a sad stocktake really :(

I've got 4 kegs of various amounts in the serving fridge, one fermenting, one in secondary and I have been putting a brew down every weekend for the past two months and for some reason I can't get ahead.........got me stuffed!

cheers

Browndog

Two full 20 ltr kegs, 2 half full 20 ltr kegs.
An APA (22 ltrs) in primary to be racked this weekend and my first 'lager', fermented with Wyeast 2112, to go into CC also this weekend.
So around 90 ltrs in total along with a few bottles here and there.

A bit like browndog, struggling to keep up. :(

Cheers

Due to a severe lack of storage, my maximum is 8 milk crates of long necks = 8 * 16 = 128 bottles or 96 litres. Currently at just under half capacity; around 40 - 45 litres.

Was down to 2 bottles in late Feb (too hot to brew over summer). When the weather cooled down I put in 4 batches back to back to re-stock.
