Hi all thought I would make the leap into all grain this long weekend have been brewing kits with hop and grain
additions in double batches 46l for some time. I have a 100l pot 500x500mm,custom bag, old cast iron burner, sky hook, thermometers, immersion chiller, paddle, false bottom to keep bag off bottom. little creatures pale all grain mix recipe. I am worried about the water ratio I did biab calculator but boil loss is unknown and some other values I m not 100% sure on. i set averages and it came up with 64lts the grain bill is 12kg 90 min boil is this about right. The amount to fermenter is 46lts. is there a quick way to double check the
results are somewhere close. Thanks

My 2 bobs worth. 10% boil off Use Brewmate set for BIAB, I wouldn't worry about the other variables for the first brew, use it to learn for the next time
