Just brewing the good Dr S Landlord and i now have a fermentaion fridge!!!(finally)
So now i can control my temp, what is the ideal temp for the 1469/landlord??
cheers

I like mine at 18C or even 19C for a few nice english stonefruity esters. I know others like it at around 16C for a more restrained aroma profile. But if it's the first time using it, i'd go 18C to really get a sense of what's it's like. then in the future, tweak from there.
