Bought a can of Morgans pilsner today and made up a brew. When reading the info part thats under the lid it stated that it comes with a lager yeast, which is all good. But when it comes up to the part on temperatures it says to ferment at around 25 degrees ??? I thought lager yeast do better...

Hey there brewers got a question for you all. The question is this. When I'm taking readings with my hydrometer I'm opening the tap at the bottom to fill the plastic test tube with my brew, which seems like the easiest way to do it.
