Hi have'nt posted for a while as have not had any probs with brews :D but now a mate of mine has asked if I can brew him a batch of beer but he only likes the weak as p*** low alcohol stuff like Fosters light Ice and Hahn Premium Light :blink: what i would like to know how do I go about...

OOOPS seems like i might have opened a can of worms here , but will try to give a considered opinion to put things straight! well here goes , if you want something that has good flavour colour and strength you can't beat a good pint of Ruddles county a good old fashioned british country ale...

why anyone would want to import let alone drink sheepshit and scream beers is beyond me :blink: , I cannot think of any one of their brews that i could reccomend to anyone who can call themselves a beer afficionado they are all as weak as piss and totally lacking in taste.

As my forum handle implies I am from England but am now a permenant resident of this wonderful land and living in Lyndoch in the Barossa Valley ! have only just started brewing my own beer , have currently got a Coopers Sparkling Ale maturing & a Coopers Pale Ale fermenting . :beer:
