    Hey giys, I have a bunch of bottles thats have been sitting for a while that need to take a car trip. Will disturbing them and mixing them up a little form the travel (its a very bumpy road) make a difference? Do I just leave them to settle again? will there be a change in taste?

    I have noticed that when you pour the beer for measurement, it holds a higher gravity, but as the but if you leave it, the beer goes flat, and the gravity drops 2 points or so. My question is, when do you read the gravity? when the beer is flat? in other words, leave it to sit before reading...

    I bottled my Standard Coopers Pilsner about 3 weeks ago. I used the yeast it came with during fermention. I opened a few on the weekend and they are flat as a tac, with lots of residual sugar in the beer (obviously from the yeast not eating it up and sh***ing out the bubbles) Is this a simple...
