SJW, Next time try 300kpa or full pressure twice a day(12hours apart)twice as quick, hit it 3 or 4 times. Works for me every time. Easy NO shaking. Cheers, 15BL

Set up a keg with water and connect to coldplate and tap and try it, you may however have problems with it freezing! Cheers, 15BL

SJW, This is the method i have been usung for the last few years: Chill the keg, add full gas and disconnect gas,12 hours later-same again. Do this 3 or 4 times,perfect carbonation and no shaking and no fear of loosing gas from your gas bottle. Good luck, 15BL

Afromaiko, I have tried coldplates many times over the years in different suituations. They work absolutely perfectly in a car fridge with ice, the best place i found in a fridge was immediately under the freezer. You may have to experiment how close depending the freezer or it can still freeze...
