Give it another week, it's a big beer! 2 weeks in primary fermentation is certainly not uncommon.
S-33 doesn't attenuate as much as other yeasts will, but it should go down a bit further than that, probably around 1.016ish. It should do fine without stirring.

To be honest though, the double down is as good if not better for you nutritionally than a normal KFC burger, which isn't to say much, but yeah.
Not unless:
- There is live yeast in the bottle
- The bottles are not UV-protecting and are exposed to sunlight
- The temperatures are extreme
You shouldn't be able to taste a difference.
You could use the dregs from a keg, but you'd be banking on the sanitary state of a pub's beer lines, as well as the glass it's poured into, how you'd get that home in a sanitary manner, etc. Keeping things sanitary is the one of the most important names of the brewing game

The main problem with canning homebrew is that standard cans can collapse when you put the tops on, if the beer is not already carbonated, the pressure from beer's weight alone is not enough to keep the can in shape.
