Originally, a longneck is a style of long necked bottle generally of 330ml to 375ml capacity. IMO. (and google's) :p

Yep. The more stainless the better. No brewery is complete until hundreds - no thousands - of dollars have been spent on stainless steel.

In Perth it's long necks or king browns.
