Originally, a longneck is a style of long necked bottle generally of 330ml to 375ml capacity. IMO. (and google's) :p











(But that's what I call the big uns too).

Yep. The more stainless the better. No brewery is complete until hundreds - no thousands - of dollars have been spent on stainless steel.
 
"tallies" or " long necks" it all depends where you live mate.
