Yeast Starter From Coopers Pale Ale Stubbies

Enerjex has put something about making a yeast starter from coopers pale ale bottles, anyone know where to find it? its not in wiki, but should be!

Any difference in creating the starter from a longneck or two to three stubbies, anyone have any comments on what would work best.
Hey if you guys say I have to drink 2 longnecks so be it!!

there will be more yeast in a longneck than a stubby but i would still use at least 2
