Year End Use Up help please

Afternoon all


I'd like to do a year end use up, a small batch :-


Malts

Lager………………………………. 500g

Crystal Wheat……………………...650g

Pale Malt……………………………2750g


Yeast S04


I have these hops -

Tettnang.............................50g................3.2%

Hall Mit...............................70g................3.6%

Amarillo..............................30g................10.5%

Spalt Select........................50g................5.9%

Wai iti..................................80g................4.0%

Chinook..............................40g................13.4%


Any suggestions for something luvverly then I can try the Chinese beer gun between Christmas and New year.

I would do the following:

Og 1035
Mashed at 64c for 60mins
FG 1012

2750g Ale
500g Lager
150g crystal

Hal mittlefru at 60m = 25ibu
Chinook at 10m = 5ibu
Amarillo at end of boil

So4 at 18c

If you want some more malt sweetness, add more crystal and mash higher.
