I have an event coming up in April where I'm unable to take my usual keezer setup.
Does anyone have an extra/unused Pluto Gun about?

Cheers.

Hey Stu.
Thanks, but I got it sorted in the end.

WRT the Pluto gun, I've kegged and carbonated my first home brew in a 19litre corny. It's a Muntons Yorkshire Bitter. I've calculated the beer line length (just over a metre) taking into account the tube diameter (4mm) Co2 volume I'm after(around 1.5-2) and the Psi required (around 7psi). The beer coming out of the Pluto gun at the moment is a slowish pour is that what I should expect?

If the pour is slow, you can go ahead and shorten the line - you've wound up with a bit more restriction than calculated, or the calculator was assuming a very conservative pour speed.

Just keep in mind that it will behave differently if you pour a more carbonated beer at say 12 PSI

any particular reason you use 5mm hose as wouldn't 4mm decrease the length of line required, 5 meters just seems like a lot of hose to coil up in the fridge?
Yeah i think it is 4.5m not 5 but just coiled her up. I used keg chart on brewersfriend to work out length needed. Better to have too much me thinks. Great pours every time two finger head.
