hi yardy, sexy chiller there mate

a few questions if i may,

how much wort did you cool in the 20 mins ?

do you recirculate the wort back to the kettle after the chiller or straight to fermenter ?

what sort of water flow rate do you have ?

a word to the wise, if you haven't brewed for a while, check your false bottom for mud wasps and then, just when you think it's safe to go back in the wort...
make sure you remove wayward skinks from the garden hose that's the supply for your cooling water, ******* was jammed in behind the new fitting i put on the hose..

had a hell time of it the sarv. all brew notes went out the window..
