I had a nice Krausen on my second step of WLP400 on the stir plate & went to bed. When I got up this morning, the krausen had made it's way out the flask blowing off my foil lid which meant no top on my flask over night. Re-sanitsied another lid & swirled Krausen back in. Ive never had a 2.5lt starter escape a 5lt flask & hoping all is well & no infection issues. Anyone had similar & was the yeast ok?
