Further to my earlier request for an Orval recipe, I am now interested in obtaining the Whitelabs WLP510 (Bastogne) yeast. I contacted ESB in Sydney but he confirmed that this yeast is only available January/February. As I would like to make the beer before then, I would like to know if any forum members in Brisbane has a sample of this yeast that they would be willing to exchange with me for another yeast.
