Hey All,

Just bought a willow water container 20l to put in my bar fridge for fermenting.

My issue is that the bottom thread where you screw in the tap, seems to not be open? As in there is plastic covering where it should open up into the container.

Is this how they normally come and I have to saw out the plastic? Or I should go return and find another one?

She's a virgin, you need to open her up!

(big drill bit will do the trick) :icon_cheers:

What about heating something metal up and melting your way through if you don't have a drill? Does one of you neighbours have a drill?

I bought an autosiphon. :p I had already made a big batch of IPA before I realised the problem, wasn't until I was ready to transfer it into the Willow container I realised there was no hole for the tap.
