HI All,
I was seeking some breakfast this morning in the pantry and i noticed the mrs had about 10 of the litre size Golden Circle juice soft pack containers in there.. so i had a quick think and gave one of my AG wort cubes a clean out, sterilised it, and dumped 4 litres of "fruit punch" in there, plus 4 litres of water.
Then i just gave it a quick splash around and dumped a packet of champagne yeast in.

Will this behave itself or go to shit? cheers

I've been using Oztops for about 6 months now and they work great with champagne yeast and UHT Juice, although i don't water it down. Should work though.

Will be pretty weak I reckon, straight juice with a bit of extra sugar would make a nice hooch.

Just chucked a cup of white sugar in there too. Doesnt look too watery personally, and them UHT juice are normally extra sweet from memory.
See how it goes.
