I plan to visit as many Munich breweries as possible in August. Will also be in, or passing through, Memmingen, Bitburg, Bastogne, Dinant, Brussels, Plzen, Prague, Berlin, Warsaw, Krakow. I am doing my research on points of interest for me. WWII stuff and breweries...especially in Belgium. Gotta love those monks and their breweries...

went in there last night, they do have a whole bunch of different glasses - I will definately be spending some cash in there.

I didn't realise who they where, but when I went there I saw the shop - they have been there for about as long as I can remember, but just as a standard bottle shop - so you have nothing to worry about in regards to dodgy business

BTW, I bought the following and was impressed by all of them

Fullers ESB - bloody nice
MSB Golden Ale - couldn't resist
Moo Brew Pale Ale - awesome, awesome, awesome
Coopers 2007 vintage ale - not bad, I suppose it could only get better
Franziskaner Weissbier - really nice, not normally a wheat beer fan, but this was good - Does it have bannana in it?

I am dead set fan of the Fullers ESB. You can get it from First Choice in Cairns. When i go to Cairns the wife knows better than to wait in the car...it can be a long wait whilst i wander the aisles of Beer World.

Drop into your local Vinnies from time to time. People donate all manner of glassware.

Cheers,
Greg

I happened to be in Sydney this weekend, and called into Northmead Cellars on Sat morning. Picked up a Schfferhoffer 500 ml wheat glass and some of their hefeweizen, and some Paulaner dunkelweizen.
Got talking to the guy behind the counter, and he did say they have has some trouble with their website where they seem to have some difficulty sending email replies to orders if some of it is out of stock. They're working on it, apparently.
As Whats Wrong said, they've been there for years, and I don't think there will be a problem with them being dodgy whatsoever.
