One of my Watermelon Wheats had a white powdery substance on top of the fermenter.

What is it?

Have still kegged it and it's drinking reasonably. Like a funky watermelon beer.

not sure Josh but my raspberry wheat had tiny bits of it on top of the berries, I thought it might of been an infection but there were no real off flavours.

could it be wild yeast or something that comes from the fruits?
