im from arnhemland reckon im australias most remote ag brewer.and not afraid to travel down south and west to meet up with some great forum members for a get together.im not yet convinced to go and meet the cane toads,cockroaches and mexicans. :lol:

Back into brewing after a few years absence. Just in process of setting up my keg system and chest freezer.

Tranmere, Adelaide. Have just made the big move south from North Queensland, Port Douglas. Only just settling in now and have finally made it in to visit all of the wonderful HBS's available here.
Just sourced and converted a keg, and looking for an urn for my HLT.
Need a chiller, might grab one of Dave's.
There is nothing like being able to brew a lager in the shed!

I was born in Hobart, my father is Victorian and my mother is a Kiwi. As a young kid our family moved to Gladstone in Central Queensland. After finishing high school I went to university in Brisbane, then stayed there and on the Gold Coast for a few more years. Then I moved to Melbourne for about a year, then back to Gladstone. After that I came to Perth for a holiday, met a lovely woman, moved over here and married her.

So when people ask me where I'm from, I dont have a simple answer for them

Mike, lots of people here use promash and beersmith. i think i'm the only one who uses strangebrew...... but now use promash as well due to most people using promash
