Whats with this website

Was looking for gamma seal lids and 5 gallon buckets and came across this site, $4.99 for bucket and lid but this caught my eye

What's the deal with this site?
I can't find much on google.
Obviously you don't get a kegarator for .99c but the buckets could have been true had i not seen the kegarator.
Any who was just interested in what others thought

The catch is you have to buy 41 of them to get free delivery!

If something looks too good to be true it normally is in my experience.
You could challenge their offer and order 41 of them and get free delivery. If one worked it would be a bargain at $40.59.
Then sell the rest or give them away.

The feedback was variable though.
