What's The Best Way To Test....

All,

I have one of those ebay in/out thermometer with the probe, and I have a standard digital probe type as well.

They're both producing diff readings, within 2.5 deg of each other at 22degC - I need to know which one's right.

Any ideas?

Have a look at this thermometer link.
