Bunch of stuff, keep changing my mind about what to brew:

2x1.5kg briess Munich LME
1x1.5kg coopers wheat LME
750g coopers pale LME
350g Pale DME
100g roasted barley
500g choc
250g crystal 60L
350g special B
75g Vic secret hops (16%)
Mangrove jacks M10 workhorse yeast.

Happy not to use those grains but want to use most of the liquids. American Stout? Robust Porter? APA? Brown Ale? American Amber?

After advice on a good style to use both the Munich and the Vic secret hop and a clean yeast.

Thanks!

You'll get a wide range of responses, but if it was me I'd make a balanced golden ale.

For a 20 L batch:

1.5 kg Munich LME
1.5 kg Wheat LME
0.25 kg Crystal 60L

Enough Vic Secret to give you 30 IBUs TOTAL @ 60 min
1 g/L @ 15 min
1 g/L @ 0 min

I've never used MJ M10 but it's reported to be nice and clean so that sounds good for this.

EDIT: If you wanted to bump up the volume to 23 L then you could throw in the Pale LME as well. Keep total IBUs and late hopping rates the same (i.e. still 1 g/L @ 15 and 0).

Hey that's a good idea. I do like to have at least something my friends will drink as most of my full
bottles are Old Ales and Stouts. Thanks. Keen to hear from others too though!

With a couple of extra ingredients you could make a Witbier.

1.5kg Munich LME
1.5kg Wheat LME

WB06 / Munich yeast
Coriander seeds
Orange peel
German bittering hops

21lt brew.

Would you strain out the coriander seeds and orange peel before fermenting?
