What Should I Make?

Hey all, just put down an all aldi apple juice cider. Now i have 10 x 2ltr bottles laying around...
Any suggestions on what i can make in small batches? willing to have a crack at anything...ive got some dex lying around, plenty of standard yeast packs in the fridge...Ive been reading up on mead and sounds like something that could be interesting...any suggestions...

yeah, just the ones out of coopers kits. Cant remember which kits exactly.
