I suppose if we are all Honest about life we would admit to those silly mistakes whilst brewing .

Feel free to cleanse yourself of those things you have or havent done unintentionally to clear your concience to show along with everyone else are only human .

I worried so much when I forgot too add the Irish moss to the kettle and The beer still cleared .

Wally ,
You are not a real brewer until you have done that when we went to the Braidwood brewery Scott admitted to doing the same he went away and left it and lost the beat part of the mash 800 litres

Pumpy :)

Works the other way for me :( Drank tea [once] and did not know what I was doing <_< hops in the wrong order, boilover, gave up tea when brewing.

Worse one was proberly leaving the herms controller temp set at mash out from the brew before and walking away only to come back and find my mash at 78c

Wasn't the greatest beer ever but wasn't all that bad either. It was a 50 litre batch too, still got drunk but it took some time to slowly get through it. :beerbang:

It did convert fully and cleared up brite it just finished very high and was very sweet.

Boozed, broozed and broken boned.
