What Hates Oxidisation?

Hi All,

Newbie question here (you'll find I have a lot of those, lol)

I know beer hates oxygen... why???

Also, do other brews hate oxygen too? Wine, ginger beer, cider???

Oxygen causes alot of things including food stuffs to spoil

Good little read!
I like my beer maximum 8-12 weeks old for this reason.
The stock usually deplete after that anyway
