Hi all,
I have been having a cleanout / stocktake this weekend and was wondering if anyone had any ideas what I could brew using any of the following
Hops
~~~
15g EKG
25g Fuggles
75g POR
50g Challenger
30g Cluster
Grains
~~~~
Maris Otter
Weyerman Pilsner
JW Pale Ale
Crystal
Wheat
Yeasts
~~~~
Wyeast Irish ale (splits)
Wyeast Czech Pilsner (splits)
American Ale (from one of ross's twin packs)
Swiss Lager (from one of ross's twin packs)
Any ideas would be appreciated as I feel like brewing something tomorrow
