Finished about 11.30pm last night,I was pretty pissed at the end.

Love 80% eff,nearly hit 1060

:lol: Lucky you just reminded me, I forgot the farkin Carared in the Brew :blink: , why do we print brewsheets to tell you what to put in and we dont farkin do it??????????????????? D--khead I am... :angry:

The brew is done now, that was my chance to go from 6.25kg of Carared down to 6.06kg of Carared.. IM a ******... :rolleyes:

Had a kit brewer around today as he wanted to see an AG brew, even showed him the Carared and gave him some to try.. Just didnt put it in.. :blink:

Still got 6.25kg left, Carared Ale all the way next brew I tell you... :blink:
