Weekend Heatwaves

These regular Melbourne weekend heatwaves are obviously timed to my brews. I have two fermenters full at the moment and they've both hit 25C, in spite of the wet towel/fan treatment.

The Dept of Meteorology have a lot to answer for.

Then of course, there's Murphy's law.

And on top of that there's Beer law. What hope have you got?

And I was silly enough to brew today. Thankfully the cold change came through as I was mashing in. Pity it rained all over me though
