Hi guys,
Have anyone have any thoughts on this water urn ?
My goal is to use it as a water heater for sparging a braumeister setup and later get a still and attempt doing spirits. So it would have 2 functions. Trying to have a smaller footprint brewery as i recently went from a 3 vessel to a single vessel. As soon as i get the space/take pictures will put the other one for sale if this seems like a good idea.
Unless someone in melbourne have some other urn for sale i will probably end up getting this one.
Please share your thoughts.

Cheers

remember we don't discuss distillation on here so you probably won't get an answer on that part here.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. yeah, i know no distillation here. just trying to see if anyone thinks it would be a good boiler for sparging.
sorry if i did not explain properly.
so i was wondering the thoughts as it is "unbranded".
Also i have no idea if 2000W would be enough or if it would take too long for it to boil the water.
i've heard it might take quite a while for some of them.

Thanks,

to put it into perspective. my 40L urn is 2000W and its fin for brewing.
