Get yourself down to a local wedding reception / function centre on a Sunday morning. VB longies seem to be the megaswill of choice. Every week reception centres I've visited throw out truckloads. All the longnecks (twist tops, of course) you'll ever want. Consider doing the right thing and having a word with the manager beforehand.

BTW For those with a belgian bent, not a bad spot to score empty champagne bottles.

Love your thinking - there's one just down the road from me. I've been trying to steer clear of teh twist top bottles - do they work ok though??

Go and buy a couple of cartons of Coopers longnecks and host a barbecue with 10 or so of your mates. Instant bottles and a good weekend.

Never had a problem with twist tops. they seal fine
