Viking Malt

Getting a bit low on my Maris Otter was thinking of trying the Viking Pale Ale Malt, have tried some of the crystal and pilsner anyone tried the Pale Ale Malt.

Love it. So far have used 100kg pale malt. And the price [emoji7]

I use it a lot. It's great, especially for APAs. I wouldn't use it as a sub for marris otter though as it's not quite as malty or full bodied. Price is usually pretty good though. I hear Gladfield Ale is a good sub for MO.

I think instead of going out on a limb I will try a couple of varieties first before committing to the 25 Kg sack.
