vienna lager /Modelo negro clone using coopers

I'd like to attempt a modelo negro clone ,anyone done one using cooper can?

If you want to keep it simple, Cooper's Mexican Cerveza and Cooper's Amber LME. Dextrose to adjust ABV and a lager yeast...

I don't mind doing a part grain if it improves the beer quality , as long as it's not a full boil as I'm not setup for that
