hey all, i have 2 cans of pure blonde and im wanting to experiment, im trying to decide do i toucan them and see what happens or do i change things up a bit and use something like dark malt or something similar and see what happens. im quite new too beer still and have a tendency to follow the recipies to the letter when i can. whats everyone thoughts turf or have a crack at experimenting????
