Hi,
I plan on switching my straight co2 over to a mix of 55%co2 45% nitro but I've seen this is not recommended for kegs kept at ambient temperature. Does anyone have info why this isn't recommended? I use an icebank system that has 20m of coil through icebank so my co2 is set very high to force through lines, which can lead to over carb as I have to set Co2 at 40PSI. If I switch this to mixed gas surely it wont over carb as quick?
Thank you
