Hey guys,
was looking around for stainless steel to use for a thermowell for a temperature sensor setup I'm building and it's appearing a bit difficult to locate.
I know copper is reasonably food safe but how about if it's sitting in the fermenting wort for 2-3 weeks?
Would I be better off using some kind of plastic hosing?
