So that's why I couldn't find a mash tun, thought my eyes were playing tricks.
The "automatic cleaning" system had me puzzled, lines of little bots carrying the spent grain out to the compost? Not that Americans would have compost heaps, I believe that they don't even have clothes lines any more - just carbon chewing clothes driers.
