I’ve just ordered a custom 30l SS conical from a factory in China (fingers crossed...).
An option I spec’d was an internal cooling coil. The factory appears to use tri clamps inside the fermenter to hook up the coil. See attached photo
At first I thought this might have sanitation issues. But the more I think about it, the more I actually like the idea.
Anyone smart or experienced see anything wrong with it? I think so long as I clean and sanitize the clamps themselves really well between brews I should be all good...?
