Hey Lads, i just put down a toucan, it was Coopers Stout + Cascade Mahog porter with around 600gs of DLME + 1.2Kgs of some sort of body booster mix thingo from LHBS.
As for yeast i done the ******* and mixed half the cascade bohemian and half coopers one.
All bubbled well for 2 days,

OG 1067, she dropped to 1025 within 2 days.... is that alittle fast or am i trippen ? of course fermentation appears to be ceased, when you rock or shake the ferm it starts again and bubbles for about 15-20 mins and stops. havn't done another OG yet.

Normal ?

The experts will want to know about the fermentation temp.
Don't rely on the airlock bubbles as a guide to fermenting, the gas can escape through other means.

Leave it for at least another week.

What was the yeast and what temperature is it at?

Don't shake the fermenter!

Ferm Temp was 18-20deg, Yeast used was half coopers half cascade kit yeast..... Bad idea ?

It sounds fine... just leave it for a while. She'll be right.
